Trinity Lutheran Church

Having celebrated more than 150 years of God's grace to us at Trinity we are looking toward the future and how we can better serve God in our community.  As we do so God's Word remains the constant foundation on which our church and our work is built.  The Bible is God's inspired Word which he gives to us to teach us that we are saved by Christ alone and that we live for Christ alone.  The Bible also teaches us how to live our lives in a God-pleasing way.  So we remain committed to all of the Bible and hold all of it dear in our hearts.

About Our Pastor:

Pastor Matthew Martin has been with us since December of 2006.  He remains committed to applying the age old truths of Scripture in our modern times.  While it is true that the world has changed, God's Word and his truth have not and Pastor believes it is this unchangeable truth that we need to build our lives upon.

His approach to ministry is a simple one.  "The great thing about the Bible is that it teaches us everything we need to know to live our lives in this world.  It is the only way we know of eternal life through Christ alone.  God's Word is the one thing that each of us needs equally in our lives.  The one goal I have above all else is to remain true to the Word myself and apply it faithfully in my ministry.  God will take care of the rest."
